Help with Add-On Cards for Axis Magnus for Burgundy – No Response from Axis Bank

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for advice or suggestions from anyone who has successfully received add-on credit cards for the Axis Magnus for Burgundy or any other Axis credit card in the last year.

I’ve tried multiple channels so far:

• Visited my branch and spoke directly with the branch manager
• Emailed premium.experience@axisbank.com
• Escalated the issue to the Principal Nodal Officer (PNO)

Unfortunately, I haven’t had any success so far. The responses have either been vague, or there’s been no follow-up at all.

Has anyone here managed to get add-on cards issued for their family members on the Magnus Burgundy variant?

Any help or guidance would be deeply appreciated.

There is no way to get an Add-on for Axis credit cards right now. I enquired with my RM and had visited my local branch as well. Everyone is clueless and only give vague answers like it will start soon, next month etc. One of the suggested ways was to apply for add-on while applying for the new card but that wasnt feasible for me. So waiting on when they might start it back.
