HDFC Spend offer Voucher not received for 31OCT2023

Dear Hdfc Card Holders,

I spent for mentioned attached offer but till now no voucher received any way to escalate.

Now SMS link showing expired in blurred. 31JAN 2024 is last or ful fillment date.

Kindly confirm anyone received.

Don't worry, HDFC has a good track record for cashback fulfilment.

There is also thus condition:

Turn-around-time (TAT) committed with respect to posting of Voucher for a promotional campaign is only indicative & may vary from the actual date of posting; the Bank shall not be liable for any such delay. However, the Bank shall review the customer’s query & if eligible, shall ensure fulfillment is completed at the earliest. In case of delay in posting or non-posting of Voucher, if applicable for a promotional campaign beyond the committed TAT, customer is requested to contact the Bank; the Bank shall review the same & have the Voucher posted if the customer is eligible as per offer T&C.

I haven't received either, will wait till last day and will drop an email on feb 2.
Same issue with another offer they had in sept, still following up

Can anyone confirm for money back plus in rupay nerwork anyone received spent based offers like above or only for visa networks hdfc sourcing following offers recently in Dec 23 or Jan 24 months.
