BTW I applied 4 months ago Tata Neo Credit Card but my card has been declined.

Even pre approved will reject, if you had done any application in past 6 months from HDFC.

When I applied for Tata Neo Credit Card then application number is not generated but like this

Yesterday I applied this card(money back with rupay varient) through branch and today I checked status of application then it's showing approved.

I see your screenshot shows you got preapproved offer of CL upto 50k. That can be reason you got approval within one day.

HDFC mailed me that they are offering LTF Millennia, but in the pre approved portal it is still paid.
