HDFC Netbanking new portal with downgraded UI

Meanwhile my dad is still on that old (2015) website. He actually got his HDFC saving account closed in 2015 but customer ID remained active. He recently got his new credit card recently, and able to use that old netbanking without bank account.
My a/c was opened in 2015 too, still on old ui. I have a joint a/c too, for me old ui is shown and for partner new ui

No even older, change username option is there on top
The Newest UI i.e HDFC NOW website has all the features of old netbanking included. The neoportal UI didn't had many options.

The lastest UI is under process for some features and once everything is sorted, it will be best UI from HDFC till now. In 3 of family accounts we still have oldest UI with chnage userid option.

But I have used HDFC NOW UI and it is somewhat good. The Support and Request Menu has all the required fetaures which were there in old/oldest UI but not in neoportal.

Try to open in pc/mac your opinion will change, its too big for desktop screen.
Seen some reddit screenshots, they improved it since beta

Bro I mostly rely on my laptop for netbanking. Rarely use banking Apps and telling you after using thier website on my laptop. They have improved in NOW UI.

Mobile screen time less than 90 mins hai apna. 🤣 I hate mobile ecosystem.

The new UI had so many ads for their own services and finding anything usable is difficult.
Yep. Idk why people keep glorifying new UI, It's quite bad. tbh, the best UI currently is of IDFC (apart from them not showing whole debit card numbers and forcing people to install their app).

Moreover now I thought to dodge the OTP requirement, HDFC gave me popup to enable 2FA which I did. Now to login either I can use OTP or I can send notification to HDFC new app so I can approve the login through swiping. To login via app notification is good but HDFC implemented it in the worst way. First a customer needs to open the app, which defeats the purpose, no? OTP was better then.

Or HDFC could send notification on phone (quick notification from TOP and scroll down and approve by holding the notification to find approve option so customer doesn't need to open the app?), but HDFC being HDFC, they don't even have notifications for new app. I thought I haven't given app permission but omg, do HDFX hire dev's from some african country or something? They fckn' forgot to even give notifications option for the app.

To add to the list of problems, now as I have enabled 2FA, I can't even turn it off. I checked web and app, couldn't find an option to disable 2FA, unless someone can help me here.

HDFC as a bank doesn't get enough hate tbh. They need to be grilled hard on social media. So bad.

Nope, just chrome browser on windows 11, normal IP. No OS customization. Unless there is a setting I changed on chrome, there shouldn't be a problem on my end. It's HDFC's fault.
Just press ctrl+alt+dlt when chrome is open and keep clearing cookies after every web session. If you dont have problem then clear everything incl. cache. Uncheck history.

You wont get this otp problem again. Try it.
