HDFC Netbanking new portal with downgraded UI

hmm, I have opened savings max account, it comes with platinum mc card (default kit card). I will be upgrading this account to imperia banking under my brother's family banking, do imperia customers get diff debit card or same will remain?

Same as there are barely any benefits from getting the new card for Imperia.

Just noticed while DC upgrade it is showing Card issue fee, In the old UI it was not there, and I was not charged while upgrade to Millennia last Feb.

Maybe that's standard for everyone, probably they forgot to make changes in the new UI for exception cases like classic, preferred etc.

But since you are on the classic program, there shouldn't be any fees. I'm on classic too.

My netbanking has been upgraded too yesterday. Shitty part of new netbanking is, every login asks for OTP when logged in through laptop/website.

HDFC has to make it a shit experience for customers.

Interesting part - My dad/mom/brother's netbanking hasn't been upgraded, only mine.

It is asked only a few times. After few logins, no OTP will be required, once their system register your IP and other details.

I thought the same hence logged in 4-5 times more but it asked each time.

Today I logged in just now and 6-7 times before too and it asked otp every time, let's see if this get's fixed later.

Happened with everyone. These days IP addresses and locations of fiber/mobile net changing too much between East West North South location so HDFC asking for OTP and even gmail asking to verify logins.

Will sort out itself in few days. For me it took a week before the login otp went away.

Meanwhile my dad is still on that old (2015) website. He actually got his HDFC saving account closed in 2015 but customer ID remained active. He recently got his new credit card recently, and able to use that old netbanking without bank account.
