Yeah they kept giving lame reasons everytime.
Have you tried complaining to grievance or nodal officer?
Yes they dont just care. They simply close complaint saying resolved.
I complained 3 times no use. After 1 month, account got activated on its own
Yeah I agree, I made a complaint and resolved after two days mentioning that team will get back to you with details.

try in different timings if you've proper Ac for vdc, you'll get one soon..
How to view cvv of virtual debit card of we haven't noted it?
In upcoming updates, they might give option.
Leave a comment about vdc cvv in the playstore
I have noted once I generated, you may check different timings, it would be visible selecting debit card only
How can you trust a psu so much to read comments on playstore and implement. I still remember had to visit multiple branches atleast 5 times to open this account variant

Ab bus RBIO ko complaint karna baki hai
If tickets didn’t helped for more than 30 days, RBIO will be a saviour, but this could lead to uboi vrsdc devaluation also !!

This has been a frustrating experience, as I expected the virtual card to be fully functional upon generation. Without the CVV, I am unable to complete payments, which defeats the purpose of having a virtual debit card. I have checked the app thoroughly, but the CVV remains missing.

Whether this is a known issue with virtual cards generated via VYOM.
If there is an alternative way to retrieve the CVV securely.
