Yes they dont just care. They simply close complaint saying resolved.
I complained 3 times no use. After 1 month, account got activated on its own

CVV Not Visible on Virtual Debit Card Ending XXXX – Unable to Use Card

Dear Union Bank Customer Care Team,

I am writing to report an issue with the virtual debit card generated via the VYOM mobile application. The card ending with the last four digits XXXX does not display the CVV, which is preventing me from using it for any online transactions.

This has been a frustrating experience, as I expected the virtual card to be fully functional upon generation. Without the CVV, I am unable to complete payments, which defeats the purpose of having a virtual debit card. I have checked the app thoroughly, but the CVV remains missing.

I request your urgent assistance in resolving this issue. Kindly let me know:

Whether this is a known issue with virtual cards generated via VYOM.

If there is an alternative way to retrieve the CVV securely.

Or if a new virtual card can be issued with complete details.
