Try to generate pin again... For me it worked after generating pin for virtual debit card....

Mine also same bin number... Iam also getting same error ( payment failing without generating otp... ) but it got solved after generating pin for virtual debit card....

Then I think customer care solved my prblm.. I raised complaint week back... They given one date for complete resoultion... They didn't solved my prblm I again raised complaint for same.. as follow up complaint... Next day I generated pin and did transaction it is working... I thought it as generating pin will solve the problem.. but I think in my case customer care solved my prblm...
