Seems like it, only SBpre is available in the list above, for Rupay select this is the option, will go through account details- I have clicked its pictures

Then I think customer care solved my prblm.. I raised complaint week back... They given one date for complete resoultion... They didn't solved my prblm I again raised complaint for same.. as follow up complaint... Next day I generated pin and did transaction it is working... I thought it as generating pin will solve the problem.. but I think in my case customer care solved my prblm...

Cut the call and connect to other agent... Now If they said visit branch... Already visited branch they said u have to raise complaint through call like that.. for every thing they say u have to said already then... I want to raise complaint in call itself only...if they said anything we won't take etc .. then ask for what is the work of this desk or agent... Or if u want peace manner cut the call and try with another agent...

I went to ban today for getting SBPRO account but the employee did not know and showed me following account types available. I asked for account for professionals, with Rupay Select card - she showed me USSA 1/2/3 accounts and suggested me to get the USSA 3 for best benefits.
Took pics of ITR, slary slip and with and hour account was opened, received passbook and given me ready kit for RSDC - another employee even took me to in branch ATM and helped me set teh new PIN. After an hour I added 1k via google pay (send to bank account).
Opened Vyom app, registred via DC card details, PIN and later enabled domestic transctions for ecom etc.
This was the fasted I have got RSDC so far, in 2 hours I redeemed the first benefit.
I have asked for add on details, employee suggested she will look in details and shared number to confirm tomorrow.
I have not activated the VDC yet.

Rupay site benefits are regular ones - OTT, Spa, Gym, Cab, Health, Golf

How many add on rsdc we cn take per ac.
There's no such options in union bank.and only 1 physical dc allowed
