Facing some issues while Applying for Credit Card through HDFC Netbanking

I tried applying for an HDFC credit card through the netbanking option, but the webpage says 'technical difficulty for more than two days. Anyone faced this issue? How to apply for credit card through online option

Did you get this error after filling the details?
If yes, then check status of your application using mobile number and date of birth, you will get reference number.
If nit, check once with cc team.

It's before completing the details. When I try accessing the page again, it says application incomplete and does not allow me to proceed further

In this case customer care should be able to help, just make sure you don't put employee id anywhere otherwise you won't get ₹1500 Amazon voucher.

Was your issue solved? I am also getting the same message "We are facing technical difficulty. Please try again later after sometime" repeatedly after clicking on the application number
