Some transactions (not wallet) have not earned edge rewards on my Magnus. Is there a phone number or email that we can reach out to for this?

check again today they added missed reward points

I called them and they said that it takes upto 12 days for edge points to reflect and asked me to wait

yup. Same for me. The missing one is from Dec 30.

Normal around ~7days+ (Recently here they were crediting within 2days for few weeks from Dec mid to Jan 1st week)

Accelerated ~90-120days
Milestone ~90days

I got till 3rd transaction processed on 6th. (But 30th one dinning transaction is missed in between like yours)

Today admin tweeted saying he got it for Reserve and Magnus updated after 10days or so

We have to see if it is done in batches(as atleast someone got it till recent)

I'm still even pending the 3x points from Oct 22' offer (which some people allegedly received since last month) and all accelerated rewards since Oct 22' also haven't been posted.

October Gyftr as well as grab deals is pending.

Now I have got reward points even for transaction on 16 Jan, still no update on 30 Dec 2022

Same for me, Axis manager of this department/team should get a link to this forum to see how much they're loved.

The only reason why we cope with them it's the rewards ratio, because on every other area they're mediocre.
