don't worry about it. concern for utilisation is over stated (unless going for home loan etc). They will update soon enough (in a quarter or so).

Happened with me in case of Amex. Took more than 3-4 months to update.

Looks like something weird: i pay cc dues before bill generation date however offlate the scores arent moving .Au card whose cibil report shd be after bill report still shows old data (fyi statement date is 26th & i pay by 23rd).Im planning to streamline my portfolio .Any suggestions.

My case:
SBI (SimplyClick and Cashback cards)
Statement generation date: 12th of every month
CIBIL report date: Due date + 3 days

Ex:
1)Nov 2023 bill
Bill generation date: 12th Nov 23
Due date: 02 Dec 2023
CIBIL report date: Due date + 3 days= 05th Dec 2023

2) Jan 2024 bill
Bill generation date: 12th Jan 24
Due date: 01 Feb 2024
CIBIL report date: Due date + 3 days= 04th Feb 2024

(probably) yes. they are mandated to report late payment.
i have read comments that some banks forego late report for less than INR 100 or so.

applied on 31st decemble was updated to cibil and other bureaus 17 to 20 days lol way too fast like hdfc hehe

Have they reported all your payments since June 2023, or was last month the only bill they reported? I'm really confused about their approach.

They not reported since June 2023 , suddenly reported last month 18th date outstanding amount , neither month end date outstanding nor statement balance , I too confused and asked about reporting date , they lectured what is credit score and how I repay dues in due date🤣🤣🤣, it’s quite normal in FINTECH cards🙁

SBI is confusing. Many members have mentioned different dates. That's why I have mentioned 'mostly'.

Btw I just got my SBI card in Dec, not yet reported in CIBIL. Will confirm as soon as it is reported.

Update : Three statements are generated for SBI. It is one week before statement generation date for me.
