I had applied for Axis Neo credit card (LTF offer) on 29th Feb. There was no VKYC. 2 days later an executive visited my office address for verification. The tracker started showing information from that day itself. Now since last 2 days, the tracker tells me that my Application is on HOLD, and that Axis bank will call me for additional information/documents. No one has called me so far. What should I do now ? I don't have any prior relationship with Axis Bank.
