Application on hold for 20 days !

Got offer for Airtel Axis card on Airtel app as I have 6 postpaid connections. Applied for it, KYC completed successfully but Application on hold for last 20 days. My CIBIL is 785 and Experian is 865. Did anyone face this ? Any advice please ? I called CC but they have no update.

Raise an issue with Twitter Support. They will do the rest
