CRED app forcing users to allow access to credit score during login

I have been using CRED to manage and pay bills for my credit cards.

However recently noticed that the app doesn't allow logging in without giving consent about credit score check

This doesn't feel right.

Any other app/s that can be used for CC payments with good interface as CRED?

Yeah, it became worse after 3rd Jan. Except ₹50 cashback on first payment you won't receive much cashback.

Its worse. It also requires credit report
