Citi credit card: Existing documents considered for new card application?

I am having indian oil citi credit card and applied online for premier miles credit card (for current cashback offer). Got in principle approval also and link for video kyc.
I would like to know that whether citi bank accept existing kyc documents for new card application and if yes then what will be the process for the same.

Yes, Citi is still accepting CC applications. You may speak to your RM/Service manager at Citi and they should be able to guide you.
