Call CC and ask them to send NEO Rupay card offer SMS to your mobile..
In this SMS you will find whether you have LTF offer or it is a chargeable offer…

When I called them they could not see any LTF offer for me in their system, but when he sent the SMS I could see that it’s in fact LTF and I gave the consent by giving the OTP on that offer link…

This could be useful for someone to have an axis LTF cc without applying for it

It is not showing up for me for some reason... Intitally it said something wrong with technically for the first time when OTP was given.
I gave OTP second time then, it said my consent was recorded..

I got my LTF MYzone on 14th March.. only 14 days old..
Just ask them to send you the NEO SMS offer.. thats it..

After your post I also tried to change my indian oil card into neo rupay, I also received sms for nil joining and nil annual fees, consent recorded. Card not showing yet on app,let's see what happens next. Thanks for posting this.
