Convert Axis Neo MC to Neo Rupay

Hi
I applied for the Axis Neo LTF offer from the freecharge app, with the expectation of it being a Rupay variant. My application was confirmed after 5 days but the SMS says its a Neo MasterCard variant.
How to convert it into Neo Rupay variant LTF? Any email ID of Axis CC team.

I'm not an Axis Bank account holder, so no RM.

I called the cc and they are ready to convert it to rupay but it will be chargeable...

I got offer when I enquired was informed Rupay variant I can get but will not be LTF.


I was like "Bhai Chahte Kya ho?"; RM told that is the policy sir !!! (Face Palm Moment)
