2. If your CL is increased to 10L recently in last 6 months, then this won't work.

I have tons of questions.

1. Do we need ITR/Salary even if Imperia/infinity RLV/TRV requirement is reached?
2. Is CL/Spends criteria increased only in case of imperia/infinity?

Normal sending email to grievance, is 8L limit still works?

Nowadays Diners is as good as Visa/MC in India. Even tier 3 city merchants accept Diners. However, in Europe, Diners is rarely accepted.
Amex is still the worst.

yes..100 % refundable ....it mentioned in booking detailes before which date it will applicable. recently i had cancelled my hotel booking (pine crest-pelling) in may-25 and got 100% refund in 6 days.

Generally, most hotels have free cancellation. However, the flights mostly don’t. I have cancelled hotels dozens of times.

Actually I'm planning to upgrade my Diner black plastic LTF to Infinia. That's why. The reason for my concern.

No. Most flights do not have free cancellation or rescheduling. You can obviously do it but you have to pay. You can simply do it direct with the airline or call the dedicated number for the aggregator (MMT, Yatra etc). Each has a specific Smartbuy department that handles this.
