Indusind Delight debit card had problem while redeeming the point, where it gave only 0.5p per point. But now it has been fixed.
Point are now getting credited immediately to account with value of 1rs per point. Also the minimum point to redeem has been increased form 300 to 500.

Update:-

• 750 limit only for cashback of 5%. Bigbasket, Swiggy and Bookmyshow are instant discounts and not included in 750 cashback limit
• And the card is very good looking too. Very good quality plastic used 😀

Delights card redemption it redirects to indusmoments from indie app. But after entering card details it is not accepting.

Guys, any idea how to redeem these points into cash now. Indusnet is moved to Indie netbanking now and redirecting to the Indusmoment portal - no cash redeem option. If anyone knows the way to redeem in cash via CS / Email / Netbanking portal / App ?

cards -> redeem reward points -> select acc and card -> select cashback
enter points and points will be transferred to account

I was checking on dc page here
It's 0 here


But tried your step
And boom I can see 750 there

Someone told that they were able to redeem points to cash with the help of CC, getting to talk with them itself takes ages though!

Looks like once we are upgraded to new Indie netbanking, we are done with the cash redemption. Till then we can redeem in the old netbanking.
Those who want the same benefits, kotak 811 super dc is there. Direct cashback, much better.
