Yes, if you open online digital savings account, you will be provided virtual card by default which is free. however, you will receive calls to get a physical card 😂😂

Fi gives a virtual debit card at ZERO MAB

Niyo card also gives a virtual debit card with zero MAB. Niyo is blocked for international transactions but transactions within India still work

If you looking in private bank then indusind & kotak 811 but you get LTF only on virtual card
If you looking in psu bank then BOB lite account. But you have to maintain only ₹3000 quarterly mab. You get rupay platinum physical debit card LTF
