Axis Magnus "Meet & Greet" Experience (and a mistake that you should not make)

Hello Everyone,
I want to share my experience related to Axis Magnus Meet & Greet Service that i recently booked for International departure at delhi airport (T3).
We were 8 people in the group so i availed all that magnus offers in one go.
We entered the airport through staff entry gate and within a minute we were in airport. After getting the luggage checked in we cleared the check in through business passenger section. That too was super quick. There was practically no waiting from start to finish.
After the security check we had plenty of time to kill.

Now here a miscommunication started. They didnt tell me that lounge access is also included i this service. And I didnt know any better. So I didnt ask about lounge access as well. In reading a twitter post where someone told that they got access to lounge access as well.
After reading this i mailed Axis guys to verify about lounge access. They told its NOT included in meet and greet service. Ok, i thought. But then, one more person shared their experience of axis m&g where he also got the lounge access.
When i asked him on twitter if got the free lounge access in m&g then Encalm guys responded by saying that its included in m&g.

All in all i missed the lounge access ..other wise it was a good experience.
After some time they arrived with a buggy and we were dropped at the gate for the boarding.

So, do confirm if lounge access is there or not in Meet and greet service when you book from axis.

Bangalore airport international arrival is currently restricted by Airport Authority Of India. For International Departure, Domestic Arrival and Domestic Departure is still supported as per the email confirmation I received today. So, to book the 3 categories, you have call/email and place request

This service is so useful for old parents at busy airports. The best USP of axis premium cards.

Old parents get great assistance and feel happy.

For parents / senior citizen we can order a wheel chair assistance. There is no "priority queue" probably but at least there is assistance. I have done it for my parents in Delhi / Mumbai airport as there is a lot to walk during departure & Arrival.

If you dont see that option on Axis portal, then probably they don't support Kolkata airport yet

T2 Dom and International is one airport only all internally connected, ideally you should book departure service as you will be departing from T2 International,
still to be on safe side call the axis concierge or call pranaam(service provider) and ask them..

Are you familiar with Bombay? I am arriving via a domestic flight at T2 and then have only 1:45 hours before my international flight departure. I might have to retrieve luggage myself and then check in again. Would this be too tight?

I see Bangalore T2 meet and greet in only for International travel. Can I book it for Domestic travel?

Incase ur opting for meet and greet, this might just be enough time.. other than that it depends on ur domestic flight and baggage on the belt being on time.. also checkin, security and immigration for the international sector purely depends on the rush at Mumbai airport on that day.. Without meet and greet this might be tight but still not impossible provided the other factors line up..

Used it at Ahmedabad airport last month ,lounge access not included

Also how did you manage 8 people ,for it only allows 1(Primary) + 3(Guests)

Are they on same terminal? I strongly suggest taking departure M&G (if on different terminal).Arrival formalities as you said is correct - is just bag pick up.
For departure, if long queues are there, they will stand in line for you (atleast for me they did) while you sit. They will come or call you when its your turn. Also, the security check was a breeze as they escorted me thru VIP/business/first class bay. And buggy right from entrance of airport till security check.
Limited time, so, M&G is worth as per me.

I am from Bombay so I can help. But are both flights on the same PNR or same airline? If not it’s really going to be tough even with concierge service since your connection is an international one. You’ll need to go through checking in the luggage, security check and then immigration. You might still make it but it’s going to be challenging for sure..

But I can confirm by my own experience that the lounge is included in M&G at T2 Mumbai.

I used Axis Meet and Greet at T2 Mumbai International Airport many times
they will drop you to the Lounge wait for you and pick you up from the lounge by buggy

but they cannot slash their card or your card for you to enter the lounge. That you need to do on your own using your own debit card or credit card
