Axis Edge Reward points Complaint

I have done fuel transaction of Rs.4000 using my AXIS INDIAN OIL CC on May 8th for which amount debited with surcharge as Rs.4047.2.

For this transaction i have not received Reward points to my account.. While raising complaint to axis PNO they replied and closed complaint as transaction amount is greater than maximum reward amount of Rs.4000 hence it's not eligible for reward points like that...
Am I Eligible for reward points or not?

You should escalate again. Argue that txn is of 4k only 47 is added by axis itself.

It's axis so it will be denied. But there is no harm in trying, right?

You need to slash 2000 x 2 times.
Otherwise their automated software will record it as over 4000 after adding the fuel surcharge, and automatically deny points.

RBI Ombudsman doesn't intervene in a commercial decision of any bank related to points or miles

Even car service and buying lubricants, etc will get points at IOCL pumps.
Max spend is 5000/mth including fuel, fuel surcharge, car service, lubricants, taxes, etc.
