Axis Burgundy Eligibility

Once you have the required 10L/30L for burgundy, do you automatically become burgundy? Or you need to request? And how long after having the required amount in the account do you become eligible? Currently, netbanking just says "open prime" and the account scheme code shows "SBSPA". Thanks!
