Its been around two months now that the card was issued to me. I did IndianOil Fuel transactions worth more than 500 rupees (250 both months) yyet there is no cashback yet issued to me. Have mailed PNO but get a standard reply that they are looking into it. I do see Edge Rewards for the transactions though.

I received it before 1st statement. Actually I also received Joining fee waiver on my Ace card too

I have been following up on this for last 2 months. Every time they reply, it will be credited in 15 working days and just pause the discussion.
Axis Customer support is just pathetic.

This card has been a nightmare. I just await my cashback. The day I get it, boom !

This card has been a nightmare. I just await my cashback.

me too. This is their last fake promise I am gonna take. Else will close the card. AXIS customer support is really pathetic.
if welcome benefit are promised, they should come without following up on time. Same happened with many ppl for MyZONE sonliv membership

1 ER per ₹100. I did self payment to paytm merchant QR.

I expected 5 ER/₹100, thought it will be considered as online transaction.

I also did CC bill payment via payzapp, it didn't give any ER, MCC code was of insurance (6300).

Chat is quickest. They will deny first but then tell "axis bank gives er based on mcc, without knowing mcc how customers can decide where to spend and know why the points were not credited."

Bro why would someone use axis iocl for shopping on amazon. One er is equivalent to 0.20rs only

Online txn between ₹100 to ₹5000, 5er/100 and offline 1er/100

Utilities are excluded so there won't be any reward points for recharge/bill payment

For other credit card bill payments its reward rate is worse than regalia even which gives 0.5 rs compared to 0.20 here. Neu infinity is still the champ

Regalia also give milestone benefit and milestone benefit also count on UPI spend.
