I have an Axisbank fastag.
On 23 December, my car was in my Bangalore residence. I get a notification SMS & email from Axis saying Rs.30 deducted from my fastag at Thenapalli Toll Plaza.
Immediately called Axis customer care who asked me to mail the message/email screenshot to etc.management mail ID. I did so.
After a week I got a response saying my claim is rejected. I called Axis again who asked me to mail the rejection mail.
That was Jan 1st week. Since then have mailed them multiple times, then to Nodal Officer and PNO. And none have even shown the decency to respond.
I dont want to recharge the fastag as I dont want to lose more money by such fraudulent transactions.
But I am very irritated and want to get this right. What are my options if Axis is not responding?
