Axis Bank Customer ID Suspended

Just uninstall the mobile app and then try. Else call on +912267987700 . They will resolve it. I faced the same issue two times earlier
i tried reinstalling it did not work. I called them they are asking for cluster id which only available in branch it seems.

They usually asked to visit branch. But when I called this number they connected to the senior and they removed the suspension. I tried after the call and works

What did you ask them to do? They were trying to merge the id's. I have one customer id linked with cancelled credit card and one with recently got credit card.

Because it is not resolved from my end. What's the issue for you if the IDs are merged?

IDs are not merged yet they need cluster id for that. If I try to log in to the Axis app "Customer ID selected to access Axis Mobile services is not active. Please contact your nearest branch." this error i am getting.

Then go to branch they will help you. When I got this issue first time i visited the branch, took the request and issue was resolved.
 
I will try mailing them. When you called them did ask you cluster ID or something?
No they didn't ask. They do something from their end . And asked me to check Whether it's resolved or not. After call i checked it and could see that I can able to login

PNO was able to resolve the issue finally and I am able to use the app without visiting the branch. They did resolve it in decent time as well. So visiting branch is not required just that good customer representative is needed.
 
Hello! I started facing an error while logging into Internet Banking today. It says "Login disabled since your customer ID is suspended." I contacted customer care who said there were multiple customer IDs registered under my name, which cannot be right because that savings account is the only relationship I have with Axis. They're telling me to go to the branch and get a 'cluster ID' after merging all the accounts, which is obviously an absolutely stupid thing to do when I know for a fact that none of the other accounts could possibly be mine. I've spoken to the BM, too, and he only keeps asking me if I have any loans and stuff) (which I do not) without any other resolution. Any suggestions on what to do?

I have also been logged out of the mobile app. When I try to connect to an agent on the website, I am unable to do that as well
whats the solution then ?? i too got the same issue . earlier i was holding saving account i closed that around 1 year ago ?? today i am uanble to logining ????
