Axis Bank CC 120 Day Fulfilment

I have an Axis Select CC & have been using their Grab Deals offers since Nov when they launched Travel Edge & started giving 5x/10x offers. I have been facing issues with 120 days fulfilment. Had to escalate via twitter/chat support for my 1st set of txns after which I got my 10x points & now again for next set of txns also not yet credited even after 120 days. Has anyone else faced this? Any suggestions to escalate or get a permanent fix for this?

3. If not resolved by branch officials, then Escalate to Branch Manager

@adjjoshi - I did use the chat support last time & got a reference number too. But i followed up with the same ref number few days later with Axis Twitter support & they mentioned that I had already received correct RPs. Had to DM them on Twitter with screenshots & details again post which I got another reference number & this time / this request ended up getting me the fulfilment. Its all rather irritating. Thinking to escalate to nodal officer/service head whoever might be there.
