Axis Ace Offer on Gpay declined

Today I received an offer for Axis Ace Credit Card on Gpay but when I tried to apply, I received a message that since I am an existing customer of Axis Bank, I can only apply through bank website...
And then the offer became unavailable for me...

Received Ace offer on gpay on wed. , Applied immediately. Tried Vkyc more than 8-10 times.
Mostly no voice, agent not appearing or disconnected.in Last 2nd.. Agent said PAN card is not acceptable "IT LOOKS FAKE". REASONS Photo looks like pasted. Used Same Pan in vkyc for other Cards and Bank account. But axis is Egg-Shit.

So Tried one more time after that...site showed KYC SUCCESSFUL .

But gpay still showing...👇👇👇

No issues, at last they may initiate physical KYC.

If they rejected you, you will get notified in 3-4 days but if you don't hear anything from them in 7-8 days then most probably your card is approved.

If they rejected you, you will get notified in 3-4 days but if you don't hear anything from them in 7-8 days then most probably your card is approved.

In my case at most it take few hours OR THIS TIME MAYBE THEY'RE TRYING SOME NEW Moves on me 😂

Yesterday got a call from Axis bank guy... He said that sir you were trying for Ace Card but couldn't.. we will process your application physically...today his guy will come for biometric verification...

Yeah... Filled the form for AXIS ACE.. he did biometric verification as well as physical verification there itself... Got the application number too on mail... Now waiting with fingers crossed ... But considering my luck I know I'll get only a cibil hit but not the card 😞

I'm not even checking app. status this time, Will wait for message whatever that is.
After 2 successful vkyc Still agent came to my address and did physical kyc.

Now all i have is HOPE...
