Amex Platinum travel milestone points doubt

Wasn't the spend milestone like 15000 MR points on 1.9L spend and another bonus 25000 MR points on 4L spends? I am confused now.

For remaining 7500 and 15000 bonus point you have to touch with amex helpline after reaching the milestone, they will immediately credit those point.
There are too many thread explain this already.

Yes once you reach milestone you get credited 7500 and balance 7500 just call care or chat with them on u r amex app they will immediately credit it bal 7500 making it 15000.

There is no change in the MR points on milestones yet. MR points can be redeemed as various rewards including vouchers.

I am using the card. The MR points accrued and milestone progress are always available in the app with a delay of up to 1 or 2 days.

That's for a reference of how much the points are worth but you can redeem the points in any way and form you like.

This is the worst part where we have to call for points. They should automate it.
