Amex Gyftr issue

I had done some txns on 23rd on amex reward multiplier for Gold card(6x1000). Till yesterday they were showing in pending, today everything is blank from morning. CC is saying merchant(amex Gyftr) hasn't claimed transaction hence isn't posted.
If merchant doesn't claim transaction(very less chance of this happening) - I got 6k AGV for free then.

Exactly samething happened to me.. I bought 50K FK vouchers from Rewards Multiplier on 21 or 22nd Sep. Until Yesterday it was showing pending, now gone.. Nowhere to be seen.. Same reply from CC.. I think there is some system problem from GYFTR..So, I got 50K GVs with no charge in my card yet..
I beat you @Shrinit Padwal ... Anyone out there who beat me??

Its happening to all of the transactions going via gyftr i have 7 transactions on my plat charge which got disappeared
they are not claiming their money however you will receive your voucher instantly without hassle.
2) its not free as soon as they settle the payment your card will be charged instantly.
looks like some issue at their payments department most likely it will be fixed within a week

when local SBI can reverse the reward points itself on the main transaction (offer time) after 2-3 weeks, I am sure AMEX has better systems in place to not lose the original amount itself 😂

Certainly sir, we are not expecting any free money..
Imagine, in two days time, if it is not charged, my statement gets generated and I will have another 45 days to pay the amount..
Which is a big lapse from their side..

It's free interest on your ₹50k for 45+(~15)=60 days. It's a nice loot in a way.
