Amex application rejected

I recently applied for an AMEX platinum travel card. After the video KYC, I got a rejection mail in a couple of hours stating, "After reviewing your application, it has come to our notice that the details provided in your application do not meet our internal requirements for Card issuance.". I'm in Bangalore, my CIBIL is 792, and I'm self-employed with an ITR of over 20 lakhs. I know these are well above the financial requirements for the card. Not sure why I got rejected

Sometimes it takes time, contact CC and ask for the status.. no need to worry. Rajkot people are getting the cards

Yes . it makes the application process a lot easier.. depending upon other eligibilty, card will be approved within 24 hours without any physical verification

As I said it is difficult to predict and depends on other factors.
where is your office address? is it under serviceable area?

I got the AmEx Trifecta just a week ago. But I am asking for a friend. A lot of people in Bangalore, have their Aadhar addresses of another city, so that's the problem, if they do their video kyc here.

No, I can definitely confirm that. As long as you are in India it's fine

You need to have current address in govt id proof. My application was rejected based on that.

That's not true. As long as your address in id proof is serviceable it's all good. You don't need to be in the address physically for that.
