Amazon Pay CC Page not working

I was applying for Amazon Pay CC, but the redirected icici page is not working where I have to fill aadhar and pan.

Sometimes it's opening but continue button is not working.

Try with Mozilla browser, worked for me.

So what I did was, installed Mozila on my phone, made it default browser, opened Amazon app, started CC application.

Couple of times it failed, but it worked.
