20% TCS on all international transactions done using a credit card

Can anyone conclude, what’s going for this foreign transaction using CC.
I have to make multiple foreign transactions this month (Totaling to $1500-2000) Is any TCS applicable in my case?

In 2023 I made few foreign txn using my debit card and I can see those txns in my AIS now. Is this normal?
