Not getting email alerts for transactions done using HDFC Bank credit cards for the past 2 days.

Since March 20, 2025, I’ve stopped receiving transaction alerts via email for purchases made with my HDFC Bank credit cards (Swiggy and Tata Neu Infinity). I’m only getting these alerts through SMS.

Interestingly, for UPI transactions made with my Tata Neu Infinity RuPay credit card, the email alerts are still coming through without any problems.

Also, I just tested a transaction with my HDFC Bank debit card, and I received both email and SMS alerts as expected. So, I’m puzzled about why the email alerts for my credit card transactions have stopped for the past 2 days.

Is anyone else facing this issue?

been using both the cards but did not face this issue
this might be a technical error or any downtime wait for few more days if the issue still persist contact CC team

just now did a txn of Rs.100 with swiggy card
got the Email alert

Received the email notification from HDFC for a transaction over 10K on my Swiggy HDFC credit card.
So, it was a temporary glitch possibly and it is fixed now.

I did transactions on both Swiggy and Tata Neu Infinity cards today at around 1 PM, and got email alert for only the Tata Neu one. Both the transactions were less than ₹300 each.
