If you are an existing SBI cardholder, they just deduct 10k from the existing card and provide as the limit for new card. This is like their default setting. You can move some of your limit from BPCL to Cashback card. Sum of all the card limits will still be 3 lakhs in your case. Another tip...

You have to call CC and manually move the limit from new card to old card. And also minimum 10k balance should be there on the new card, they won't move the entire limit. Once the limit is moved from new to old, then you can close the new card or just leave it as is without making any transactions.
