Yes, apay is the most valuable ICICI card right now. But the offline cobranded restriction you said is only applicable on the APAY cobranded icici card, not the rest cobranded cards.

For me, all three cards shows in iMobile and netbanking, but not in Manage cards in Netbanking

Does your Plat LTF shows as Coral Visa in net banking? Also is the expression card visible in imobile now ?
