How to add TATA Neu HDFC credit card to HDFC Credit card Portal.

I have tried many ways but I can't add another credit card in the HDFC credit card portal.
I don't have HDFC savings account, I just have HDFC credit cards. 1 card HDFC MIllenia is already added but I can't add another TATA Neu card.

If anyone has any ideas, do let me know.

Add a new card option is removed now from the the new UI. Can anyone tell me how to add a credit card with the new UI. I took the cc first and then opened an account after few months.

No 'Add' option available in netportal.hdfc.com
