I just paid 1 lakh outstanding amount in June month. But the credit limit on my cashback card decreased from 3.5 lakh to 30000. I don't know what logic they use to calculate my credit card performance. 🤦♂️
Probably, your voucher was not added successfully. Have you verified the voucher balance in Amazon?
If not, please open your Amazon app -> Amazon pay -> Gift cards & Vouchers -> Amazon vouchers. Then check your balance.
Any which way, you can move the limit from one card to another by calling customer care. I have done it multiple times. Time taken is 10 mins. New limit will reflect almost immediately.
If you are an existing SBI cardholder, they just deduct 10k from the existing card and provide as the limit for new card. This is like their default setting. You can move some of your limit from BPCL to Cashback card. Sum of all the card limits will still be 3 lakhs in your case.

You can try writing to them:
- nodal.officer@axisbank.com
- pno@axisbank.com
- Axis official twitter account
Their replies will make you start feeling that it's not worth your while.
You've been warned! 😜
Happens with Axis. I was rejected for Axis FK and Axis Myzone citing internal bank policies. I had 790+ CIBIL and 840+ Experion at that time. Escalated all the way up to PNO asking for rejection reason and still got the template reply.
I wonder if all the banks put their salary account holders at the least priority. I've seen few members post in this community that they are not getting any free upgrades on CC or account variant despite holding a salary account for reasonably long duration.
In my view, ICICI's perceived correlation between a customer's employer and their eligibility for a LTF CC is discrimination. Then what's the merit in building a relationship with a bank?
Once a wise man (@TechnoFino) said - don't be loyal to any bank.
Anyway ICICI CC's reward program is...
