Open SBM Bank Savings Account Online and get a SBM bank Visa Signature Debit Card. It is a zero balance account with no MAB and free debit card as well.

Benefits of the Card:

• Domestic Lounge Access ( 3 times per quarter, all the visa supported lounges are eligible).

How to Open Account Online:

• Open https://www.sbmbank.co.in/# and in top right, Open Savings Account button.
• Register and fill all the details, there will be Video KYC, after that your account will be opened.
• Once you got the card, you need to set your card PIN and manage card usage(Enable Ecom, POS etc) through SBM Net Banking or SBM Mobile Banking(Because their ATM presence is very low and offline branches are very less)

I applied and got my card in 5 days.

Got the SBM Wealth card, and not Private Wealth 🙁
Was really hoping to get the Private one as this looks better than the Wealth one.
I guess only the very few folks who had opened the account initially got the Private one, rest all have been getting just the Wealth one.

No more unlimited free ATM transactions.

Worse, they didn't inform customers about this change.

Account variant also not mentioned. Schedule of charges and product page totally different.

Also, it is standard for all the banks to clearly show all the charges at the time of account opening, but nothing like that with SBM Bank.

Let's email to SBM nodal everyone. L1 are dumb fellows. There should be transparency in charges.
