Hi, Does anyone knows what is the retention offer axis is providing for Magnus.

What I know is below
Myzone: 2500 Edge points
Neo: 500 Edge Points
Magnus: 10000 Edge Points(As per comment in this thread)

Straightforward,
- just call them and ask for retention
- they will ask are you thinking of cancelling,
- told them not yet but need to know if retention etc is there toh I won't think too much and just continue since the cost of renewal will get covered by the points.

Done, they will just create some request number and send it over, points next day.

Just called them. Flat-out asked for a retention offer. Was offered 10,000 points in a day. Service request generated instantly and got an email. Also confirmed one offer in a year per customer irrespective of the number of cards.

And got the points within nine hours of my call.

Thank you all, just make sure to say that you are thinking of continuing if retention offer is there. Do not say that you want to cancel the card, else they might just cancel it.

I too jumped on the bandwagon for Axis Reserve. Called customer care on Sunday and was direct in saying the devaluation is forcing me to close my card and any retention available? Was kept on hold for couple of mins post which got the SR generated. Tried asking for 50k points instead of 30k that were offered but the executive denied saying 30k is max for Reserve. Points got credited on Monday night.

Tried doing this a few days ago, was offered a retention bonus of 10k ER points but only on the condition that you can't close the card in the next one year. Have no intention of paying the renewal fee, therefore dropped it.

nothing like this asked to me, you should take 10er points and you can close card even after a week.

I was told that the offer is not for closing the card. I said OK but I do not remember if 1 year time-line was mentioned

For me they mentioned that offer is for renewing the card for one more year. So basically continue for another year.
