Airtel axis card application issue

I'm trying to apply for Airtel axis card via Airtel thanks app, but it is showing error to recheck application due to incorrect details.
while I checked the details many times, all were correct.
only thing is I already have a Axis Flipkart card issued linked to second mobile number.

can one else faced similar issue?

I can wait. My experience with Axis Twitter support is not good as they send generic replies and links to raise complaint online instead of solving the problem.

Already checked, it's not there. Why is Airtel showing thank you for your interest when my application is under review?

For me, after applying it showed me a tick mark and an application approved text message asking me to complete digital KYC. Attaching the screenshot below for reference:

I got the same message "application conditionally approved" after submitting my details with Airtel application reference number then it asked me to complete video kyc and after completion of video kyc application number changed to Axis application number C1- and currently it's under review.

It's too soon to send them a DM. If there's no progress after 20 days, then you can consider sending a DM.

I don't think they ask for income proof to existing Axis credit card holders.

Don't have an axis saving account so whenever i checked offer its showing error sine 1 year.

What a coincidence man I was just about to tag you to asking the same question. However I didn't received any update and in airtel app and in msg it's showing 5 to 7 working days

Wait for min. 2 weeks to max 3 weeks. After the end of the third week, escalate if you're desperate. For some applications, they sleep on it for the said amount of time.
