Axis Bank Magnus Credit Card Rewards and Milestone Benefits- Edge points not credited for few transactions

I have a Magnus card which I've used for 2 rent payments this month. One on CRED and another on Paytm. Haven't received edge reward points yet for both txns even though it's been more than 4 days since. Have attached txn and reward point screenshots.

1. How many days does it usually take for edge rewards to be credited? Should I wait further?
2. Or does it mean that my rent payments have not been counted as eligible for monthly milestone of 1L spends and I've to plan my future spends accordingly to meet the target without these 2 txns?

I dought did I really got that limit or is it technical glitch.

It should not be any glitch. BTW if u had applied through c2c and u have good limit on existing cc, this much of limit is possible.

Wow, do u have any other card with similar limit or even 10L+?

Then most likely an error from their agent side. But I don't think they will notice that now.

Don't ask them, otherwise they will reduce it.

Once I got 2 Flipkart card when I applied for only 1 due to some glitch. Customer care said it will automatically block one card. But it didn't, then they said they will transfer to card cancel department. I told them to let it be. And both cards are still active.

It seem to be repeating this month also. Haven't got points for transaction done 8 days back.

Can you please check if you got any points for transactions in this billing cycle? Did 4 transactions between 19th-25th May and nothing is credited yet.

Or is there any announcement that edge points credit date is shifted by 1 month?

I have never ever seen any single Indian Credit Card is having 30 Lakhs Limit for anybody in this forum.
Would you mind posting a picture of the the letter that came along with it after hiding the sensitive information.
I guess this will come as a part of Public Demand too.
@TechnoFino you should award him with a special tag just for this limit.

Man you must be linked to Ambani/Adanis, otherwise this is seriously insane!!!
30 Lakhs limit itself is beyond anybody's imagination & if that too came from a bank which is too stingy for everyone else to provide a limit then there must be something under the table.(Please take it in a good way, don't think otherwise)

Interesting. Magnus ceil limit is usually 3 Lacs for new CC, seems like a typo/glitch in system adding an extra 0!

Did you guys raised it to support? I got an standard reply.

As per the confirmation from respective team, if eligible points will reflect in customer`s edge account within 20 working days.

For me, it has already been over 20 days, so looks like they mean I am not eligible for points.

For transactions from May 20-28 my reward points are credited yesterday, 1st of June. So long but finally..
