I requested Infinia or DCB metal, and after many emails to the grievance, I got a template reply, but I got lucky after sending an email to PNO, they offer DCB metal FYF
5 Aug - "In the event you wish to avail the aforesaid card upgrade, we request you to revert to us from your registered e-mail id with the below details / sharing your acceptance to enable us review your upgrade request subject to internal checks." (From pno help desk)
5 Aug - I sent acceptance mail
8 Aug - Received new case ID and mail from grievance
"This is with reference to your recent e-mail dated August 04, 2025, regarding the HDFC Bank credit card.
We wish to inform you that we are looking into your concerns raised regarding your HDFC Bank credit card account and shall respond to you on August 22, 2025. We request you to bear with us in the interim."

Still no update, they created a new case ID on 8 Aug and replied on 11 Aug, Metioend can not offer Infinia ( but I accepted DCB metal offered by PNO ). I replied same email and PNO, so the grievance team created a new Case ID, and the PNO team did not reply.
