Indusind removed cashback from NetBanking site. Now it redirects to indie website in NetBanking. Reward redemption happens in indusmoments site which has points + cash system. No vouchers option seen so far in redeem. Now points are becoming useless 😞

After seeing this message, i just checked my indusind net banking. The Reward redemption option for DEBIT card is still PRESENT in netbanking.
Surprisingly i see that there is 1200 extra points credited than my old rewards, which i had checked 1 week before.
I am not sure if it is a bug OR just credited any of the previous transactions.
I stopped doing debit card transaction from my indus debit card from last 3 months, since it was like hit or miss kind. I had missed points for many transaction, initially i followed-up with customer care, then i realized that, they can't do anything, everything is controlled by system.

Others please check if you got more points by bug or for previous transactions.

Lastly, without taking any chance, i just redeemed 1900 points to cash. No extra charges.

Just a question, what if my extra points were due to bug !! will they take back ?? Even though i can show my previous transactions where i did not earn, but fighting with indus customer care is a challenging task , i have to giveup in the interest of my time !!

Oh my god, same This happened to me 2 days ago, extra points were credited, I thought it was due to a missed txn or it was compensated for some complaint

I didn't manually update anything . I was trying to make payment at midnight which was failing, maybe that caused the issue . I tried in noon and then it worked

For millennia DC, use only HDFC Smartpay auto-pay at Netbanking or HDFC MobileBanking app. No other way.

Millennia has 400 per month limit no matter where you use it. You wont get a single penny above Rs.400. If you have used for 8K voucher at smartbuy then nothing more.

first tap rupay dc becomes an alias of idfc select DC. So the same limit of idfc select dc which is 30K points per month
