Dcb Regalia gold against 5L FD worth it ?

Hi,
Visited hdfc branch in tier 3 city I wanted to get good card by opening FD bank account. I have neu plus and Swiggy no core card. I was told on 5 L FD they can offer DCB/Regalia gold secured. I think they are offering at lower FD than other branches?
Should I consider this offer is it any good ?
What are chances that I can get converted to unsecured in long term.
I don't have issue to make FD upto 10-12L and getting un secured card eventually will be better.
Also with 5L FD which bank account I will get as free , branch told Save max.

I have cashback cards mostly. Planning to use reward multipliers to gain points to redeem for travel currently these spends are less, like a trip once a year.

not worth the effort. with constant devaluations your point accumulation might turn dust. Try nue plus to infinity. Swiggy to millenia if possible.

I have sbi cashback ltf so millenia is not much attractive for me.

Yes. And here I am in BLR and was offered a DCB upgrade for millenia which I have declined as my spends hardly on air travel.


Millenia -> good for hdfc offers on sales.
