once your VKYC approved and virtual card issued, immediately you would be asked for app update then you can see, edge + upgrade option.

I got virtual card last Thursday but still haven’t seen the option to upgrade . Is this has to do anything with being ios ?

I used with android so told you how it worked for me , but not aware about with iOS how it works. Just check if you can update app from ios app store.

Ok, I got activated the card in app and upgraded to edge + as well. Also i noted that with this card they are offering Amazon prime for 1 year worth Rs.1499/- through One assist and Thriwe. Which is great and unexpected surprise 🙂😍.

Where can we check about amz prime in jupiter app ?

I have seen Oneassist complimentary plan code with one year amazon prime. Which i redeemed on oneassist where it offered "Digisecure elite" membership.
in that membership it has provided me a Code for "Thriwe" app and asked for registration. In "thriwe" app Got the Code for Amazon prime.

I can reach credit card home like that but I’m not seeing the invite, I’ve even reinstalled the app. I have to wait till i get an invite i guess.

Maybe you need to wait for a bill cycle! Not sure though. Edge+ shud appear there at Home to upgrade

Best would be to clarify with Jupiter's customer care through chat or email. They will be able to tell u whether it is due a backend error or not. They r usually faster in resolving queries and issues compared to a traditional bank's customer care. If it had been an invite only upgrade then I am sure many other people would have got the same issue apart from u.

So where and how did you get that oneassist code?

On jupiter App Home itself there i found at home "one assist Complementary with 1 year Amazon Prime" . As i availed this feture, its not showing now in my app other viz i would have shared screen shot. After claiming it got oneassit SMS to download the and registration. I download oneasssist where i got the amazon prime code. But again it asked to download the thriw app where i find the Amazon prime Code for one year.

True. I am happy with just Amazon pay vouchers at 10% discount. Already recovered the Rs.500 upgradation fees by purchasing Amazon pay gift card. Hope to recover cashback worth atleast 4X-5X of the upgradation fees in next few months before devaluation hits. Till then 🤞

Both methods are eligible for the cashback. I have paid by entering card details and still got 10%.

You can choose 3 brands and 500/month is the monthly capping. Not sure till when it continues, going by the incessant purchases being made.

If UPI works for purchasing Amazon Gift Cards, some times with the Amazon Pay UPI Reward will add nearly 2.5% more reward, but dont know will it provide the cashback or not. Someone must check who has that reward but most of the times that minimum purchase to that reward is high like 2000 or 3000.
