Official response from Rupay Team.

Rupay has no fault in this.
It is the SBI. 35370305 was the BIn for Diamond Select, which SBI discontinued. then they used same bin for CGSP Platinum Select but didnt inform to Rupay Select the same..

That's why i told, check SBI circular. All offers eligible on SBI circular or not.

@Abhishek012 as SBI are giving different BINs for CGSP and SGSP..please update the main post. BINs mentioned in main post are most likely for RSP and PSP accounts only.

I more thing I have noticed... As per OP these were supposed to be JCB cards... But the pics shared doesn't have the JCB logo... Looks like the collaboration didn't work out
