Yes its for only wealth account holders in sbi with mab of 30l. Wealth account holders can get wealth visa signature and wealth rupay select debit cards. @MrWick please correct me if I'm wrong.

You will get VIP treatment. Aram se chai and samosa khilate hue bank manager baat karega.

Is PPF balance counted in TRV??

PPF is a govt account wherever you open/hold it. It's not considered for TRV calculation at any financial institution. It's a commission income source for companies and at best enhances your loan eligibilty sometimes.
