Most Debit Cards don't provide much rewards if any ,we keep it for non spends based Benefits, particularly Rupay Select is great

Based on my experience with Other Banks(SBI & Union) ,it might be LTF for Salary Account holders
Variant(Platinum or Select) depends on initial salary input while opening account.
